If we don't have it on the floor, we order it direct. Most special-order millwork runs four to eight weeks depending on species and finish — we'll tell you the real lead time before you commit, not after.
Interior doors
Flush and panel doors in paint grade, MDF, knotty alder and clear alder. Prehung or slab, with jambs, casing and hardware to match. Double rabbet jambs available.

Exterior doors
Entry doors, patio doors and fire-rated units, prehung and built to the opening. Finished, bored and ready to set.

Trim & millwork
Casing, base, crown and custom profiles in paint grade, MDF and hardwood — cut and counted to the package so the trim crew isn't short.

For builders
Set up a job account.
We bill by job, not by ticket. Every delivery is coded to the project it belongs to, so your statement breaks out by job and your job costing doesn't turn into detective work at the end of the month.
- Terms. Approved accounts are invoiced monthly, due by the 10th of the following month. New accounts start on delivery payment and move to terms once we've worked together.
- Quoting. Send a door schedule, a plan set or a takeoff. We return a priced package, usually within a day or two, and hold it for 30 days.
- Delivery. To the job site, scheduled around your trim crew rather than our convenience.
- Changes. Swings, sizes and species change. Tell us before the order goes in and it costs nothing.

Gravity Building Products operates from a warehouse in Spokane Valley, supplying door and millwork packages to builders across Spokane, North Idaho and the surrounding area.
We come out of the building trade rather than out of retail, which mostly shows up in the boring details: schedules that account for swing and hand, jamb sizes that match the wall you actually framed, and hardware that arrives with the doors.

- Direct from the manufacturer on everything special-order, with the lead time quoted up front.
- Delivery to the job site across the Spokane area and into North Idaho.

Terms, returns & payment
How orders, returns and payment work.
Plain terms, stated up front, so nothing is a surprise at delivery.
- Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. After that they're subject to manufacturer price changes and any tariffs in effect at the time of order.
- Orders & deposits
- Special-order material is placed with the manufacturer once you approve the quote. A deposit may be required on large or custom orders; we'll tell you before the order goes in.
- Lead times
- Stock items ship from our warehouse. Special orders typically run four to eight weeks depending on species and finish. We quote the lead time with the price and update you if it moves.
- Returns
- Unused stock items in original condition may be returned within 30 days; a restocking fee applies. Special-order, custom-milled and machined items are non-returnable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
- Damage & shortages
- Inspect material at delivery. Report damage or shortages within 48 hours so we can file with the carrier or manufacturer while the claim is still good.
- Payment
- Payment is due on delivery unless you're on an approved account, in which case invoices are due by the 10th of the following month. We accept bank transfer and card; invoices are sent by email with a link to pay.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at no charge until they're placed with the manufacturer. After that, cancellation is subject to the manufacturer's terms.
